I attended Midland and Dana College, served in the US Army Engineers, Sgt., stationed in Missouri, Wisconsin and Michigan doing construction on the shores of Lake Michigan.

Owned and operated "Dick Larson's Insurance Agency" in Decatur since 1971.  Presently working as a toll taker at the Decatur Bridge.
