Address: 5058 Oaks Lane, Omaha, NE 68137 Spouse: Jary J. Morgan...Class of 1961 Children: (2) Janice Elaine (Morgan) Mumm, live in Omaha; and Jay Dean Morgan, lives in Eureka Springs, AR. Grandchildren: Janice & Jim's...Jeanette, Jaimie & Julianna (Juls) who is a freshman at UNL; Jay & melissa's...Easton, Elliot & Kate. Great-Grandchildren: (3) Jeanette's...Conner (6) & Addison (3); Jaimie's...Alden (2) After high school, I got a job in Omaha and lived with my Aunt. In December of 1962, Jary and I were married. We lived in Tekamah for 25 years and then moved to Omaha in 1989 where we reside at this time. We will celebrate our 50th anniversary this year. I worked part time for the Green Lantern when the kids were little. I later worked part time for Shamburgs Auto Store in Tekamah. I then got a job in Omaha for a group of ophthalmologists. A full time job opening came up in Tekamah for South Omaha Production Credit Association. I worked there for almost 9 years until they downsized. I then went to work for Elliott Aviation (an FBO) General Aviation at Eppley airfield in Omaha as service writer for the Avionics Department. I worked for them for 19+ years. I was offered early retirement in 2007 which I accepted and retired.
In the past, my hobbies have included Genealogy but recently my time is geared to grandkids and great-grand kids. I also spend time helping Jary assist the older neighbors who are in their upper 80s. We currently have a cat, Callie.

Well, Jary's questionnaire looks really dumb on my web page so better fix it huh?
1. Name and city/state where you live- Jean Humphrey Morgan Millard NE - suburb of Omaha.
2. Spouse's name and where he/she was born or went to school. Jary Morgan was born in Decatur, NE. He went to grade school at McCoulley School and high school in Decatur.
3. How/where did you meet your spouse- Decatur High but I did not bushwack him as he stated in his questionaire. I was much too quiet and shy!
4. Your occupation before retirement- I was the Service Writer for the Avionics Department of an FBO (Elliott Aviation). I was there almost 20 years.
5.Did you attend college or special schooling- what study- No and Yes- Mostly job related schooling.
6. Your spouse's occupation before retirement- Jary's last position was Business Manager for IBEW.
7. Favorite place (city/State) where you have lived and why. I liked Buena Vista, CO too. It was beautiful in the mountains, but I like it here in Omaha.
8. How many children if any- 2 Janice in Omaha and Jay in Branson, MO.
9. Grandchildren? How many- 6 (Janice & Jim) Jeanette, Jaimie & Julianna (Jay & Melissa) Easton, Elliott and Kate Jay wouldn't buy into the "J" tradition. We also have 2 great grandchildren- Conner and Addison (Jeanette's & Jason's) They would not buy into the "J" tradition either!

11. Any other details you care to share- Yes, I have lost my quietness and shyness! You will be able to tell that when you see Jary wearing ear phones to his CD player and radio---A LOT!!!
